Hey there! I'm FishNuggets, but you may call me Phish/Fish or whatever you like!My pronouns are they/them and I can speak both English and Portuguese, so you may interact with me accordingly!I'm a music producer, audio engineer, BGM artist, multi-instrumentalist, and overall just a giant goofball who happens to be really into music and creating as you might have noticed.
I've been active mainly as a music producer for different content creators since 2021, though recently I've been working mainly with Vtubers/Vstreamers/Vsingers, whether it may be producing the instrumental/BGM they might be using or even behind the scenes assisting whoever's involved and mixing their voice to the instrumental!In case you're curious, you've probably heard me on different songs by creators from different agencies and events such as:

This document can and will be edited at any time without the need of further notice. Thank you for your patience.
Commission terms of service
(If you wish to contact me via VGen, each service has its own terms of service listed on them, so feel free to check them out)
General
I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
I will only start working on a commission after I have confirmed the request and received the full payment from the invoice.
I will not send any wips unless I have received at least half (50%) of the full payment.
If your request requires an NDA to be signed please contact me beforehand (there will typically incur an additional privacy fee).
Commissioners are expected to respond within 1 week about commission inquiries. Failure to do so will result in other commissions being prioritized. Slow respondents will be shifted to the next working slot.
You must credit my work by linking any of my platforms such as: VGen, Twitter, Youtube, Bluesky, etc.
The time for your commission to be completed can be up to your personal deadline to 1 month at the most depending on the commission and its factors (If the commission needs to be completed within 10-15 days, a rush fee may be applied).
Payment
All prices and payments are in USD, there are no exceptions.
All payments are to be made through PayPal invoice.
If unable to fully pay the commission as originally listed, pay 50% upfront upon commission request and the rest after the commission has been finished. Once payment has been fully made, updates and W.I.P.s will be sent.
All songs have a 5 minute limit and a 15-track limit, once one or both limits are exceded, there will be an additional fee of $10 USD per minute and $5 USD per track (You'll be notified beforehand).
Usage
Prices listed anywhere are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
If you wish to distribute your song to any kind of streaming platform (Ex: Spotify, Deezer, Apple Music), you will receive an additional fee for the monetization of the song.
By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor and a full mastered .WAV file of your commissioned song. I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, remix, copy and/or use the audio as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
Prohibit the use of my work as AI learning material.
Refunds and canceling
You’ll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I’m unable to finish the commission. Other than that, once I start the commission, there are no refunds.
If you find yourself unsatisfied with the results, there will be no refunds, as I don't guarantee specific outcomes or success once the commission is finished.
Process and revisions
After the full/initial payment, I will start working on your commission.
W.I.P.s and section snippets will be given as I make the song and/or upon requests.
You will be given a larger mastered snippet for proof after I finish the commission. The final mastered delivery will be made upon full payment if initially paid 50%.
All changes and revisions are to be made free of charge.

Commission status
What happens if the commission status is closed?
If any of my commission slots are full, you may request via E-mail or any of my platforms (DMs) to be on the waitlist to have a guaranteed slot for the next available commission date.
I will then send you a PayPal invoice to confirm the slot.But do keep in mind:
There's no need to pay the commission upfront until I am ready to work on your commission.
If you find yourself on the waitlist and you wish to cancel, please notify me as soon as possible, as there will be no refunds for the reservation fee once I reach your name on the queue and start.
Do you have any sales or discounts?
Currently, no.All discounts and sales should be notified only through my Twitter or my Bluesky.
Payment
I want to commission you, but I can't pay the second half right away. Could a commission still be requested?
Of course! Just as long as the commission is fully paid whenever possible. Until then, I'll be withholding the commission.
Do you accept art trades instead of payment?
Currently I don't do trades, with the exception of clients and people I'm already familiarized.
